Bachelor students
Students will spend the 2nd year of their Bachelor abroad at the University of Toronto. As full-time visiting students they will complete regular courses and lab work offered by the Physics and Chemistry Departments. All academic work will be accredited back in Hamburg and will count towards the UHH degree. In addition, there may be opportunities to undertake an intensive research project which may be used as basis for the Bachelor thesis back in Hamburg.
The exchange is open to BSc students in Physics or Nano-Science & Technology.
Master students
Students will normally spend the 1st year of their Master (coursework) abroad at the University of Toronto. As full-time visiting students they will complete regular courses and lab work offered by the Physics and Chemistry Departments. All academic work will be accredited back in Hamburg and will count towards the UHH degree. In addition, there may be opportunities to undertake an intensive research project which may be used as basis for the Master thesis back in Hamburg.
The exchange is open to Master students in Physics.
